As can be seen by the entry list this is going to be a ripper of an event more Top Alcohol and Doorslammers than any other this season anywhere, but as they don’t make a meeting on their own we have plenty of other racers itching to put on a show.

Track will open for qualifying at 9.30 am so get there early for a good spot. Racing is expected to start around 1 pm.

As this is a Championship points round and there are some racers only a few points apart this will be an exciting meeting, especially as most would not have competed on this strip ever before, and with the NZDRA run New Zealand Nationals just two weeks away at Taupo International Dragway there will be no place for complacency as that event the Champions will be known.
